In a 15-second Twitter video, the rapper was seen laying on the floor while asking someone to resurrect him. The video ended with a graphic that revealed that anApex Legendsx Post Malone Event was coming on November 7, which will be a week after the launch of Season 19.
No other details were revealed about Post Malone’s collaboration, but theApex Legendsgraphic also showedOctanewearing a new skin. Those who’ve seen the rapper play the game would know that he mained Octane and Wraith, so it wouldn’t be a surprise if he designed a skin for one or both of them. Meanwhile, many of Post Malone’s followers, most of themApex Legendspros and streamers, congratulated him and expressed their excitement for the upcoming collab.
Over on theApex Legendssubreddit, many players seemed equally stoked about the Post Malone event, especially the new Octane skin. The only worry they had was how much they would have to spend to cop the skin and the possible bundle once the event starts. Some also wanted to hear Post Malone as an in-game commentator for the new event as they imagined it would be entertaining.
