With the ongoing popularity of this mode, and the various details surrounding Saint George’s armor, we felt it appropriate to revisit and flesh out this list with new information. ArecentRiver Raids updatehas seen the release of a second armor set,Wayland’s Armor— but for those seeking the clues for the potent Saint George’s armor, read on.
Beginning The Search
First, be sure to have the River Raid Dock built, and construct the Jomsviking Hall to get prepared. Head to the dock and speak with Vagn, and answer with “Let’s go raiding.” Eivor and company are now ready to begin their plundering, and can get their hands on the clues that lead to Saint George’s armor.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: River Exe Map Clue Location
Find the Map Clue that is alongRiver Exein theEscanceaster Monastery, which is on thefar eastside of the map. Specifically, players should enter thechurch on the left sideof the Monastery, and the clue is sitting on a table that is just inside. While obtaining this item is a fairly straightforward process, it can be made even easier with the use ofOdin’s Sight inAC Valhalla.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: River Severn Map Clue Location
The Map Clue along River Severn is slightly more difficult to locate than the one previously detailed, though players should still be able to collect it without much trouble. To begin, Eivor and company should make their wayto the Northern Monastery at thenortheast end of the mapand to thelarge church at the top of the hill.Upon entering this church from the south side, fans should clear out the enemies and look for a grated door.
Past this grated door is another entrance, and players should fire at its bar withone of their trusty bows.
When the bar has been destroyed, exit the church and reenter through the door that’s just been cleared. The River Map Clue can then be collected from the table inside.

With both of the clues in hand, the player can now return to Vagn in theirsettlements inAssassin’s Creed Valhalla. This action will advance the Legacy of Saint George quest and trigger a cutscene that ultimately gives players access toRiver Dee.
