InAtlas Fallen, players will take the helm of an unnamed character that discovers a gauntlet in the sand with the power to turn the tide in favor of a struggling humanity.

InAtlas Fallen, players will have the opportunity to upgrade their abilities and armor sets to better prepare them for the increasingly difficult challenges that lay before them. With ten different armor sets available to unlock in the game, as well as the default workwear that kicks off the story, players should become familiar with which protective gear will give them the best chance at success.
11Unnamed Workwear
While it can hardly be considered armor, the Unnamed Workwear is worth a mention as it is the first attire that players don as they embark on the story ofAtlas Fallen. As indicated in the armor menu of the game, these garments are not designed for combat and do not provide any statistics to improve the main character’s performance.
The Unnamed Workwear stands as purely a symbol of the player’s low position in the social classes ofAtlas Fallen,so it makes sense that the Gauntlet Bearer would quickly move on from this outfit as the story begins. The one notable highlight of this ensemble is that players can choose the accent color of their tunic.
10Recruit Garments
If the Unnamed Gauntlet Bearer is to have any chance of surviving the wraiths of the desert then they will need some protective equipment. The Recruit Garments are nothing to get excited about, but they are a good starting point for players as they learn the ropes of the game.
The Recruit Garments won’t require any extra effort from players to acquire as they are gifted to them as part of the story mission. Once the introductory period has ended and the Gauntlet Bearer sets out on their quest, they will receive this armor.
9Purger’s Warsuit
The next step up from the beginner’s armor, the Purger’s Warsuit will provide an added layer of protection fromthe many threats in the desert. This particular set favors the recovery statistic, so players can expect that their health will be regenerated at an improved rate. The armor’s unique trait supports this, as Idols used when below 50% health will be more effective.
The Purger’s Warsuit is a relatively easy armor to find, however, players should ensure they have some tributes in their purse to pay for the outfit. to unlock this set of protective gear, players will need to purchase it from the Traveling Vendor in Castrem Seven.
8Scout’s Gear
For the more aggressive players, the Scout Gear is an offense-heavy armor set that will give the Gauntlet Bearer a boost in their attacking potency. As an added bonus, players who equip two Momentum Essence Stones will improve their offensive rating even further by nine points.

The Scout’s Gear is the first missable armor set that may go unnoticed by players that are focused on completing the main storyline, but its unique trait of reducing the cooldown of active Essence Stones makes the effort worthwhile. to make use of this set, players will need to complete the “The History of Shattered Keep” side mission.
7Knight’s Plate

The Preacher’s Guard is another well-rounded armor set that will most benefit players who use the Sandwhip as their preferred weapon. Its unique trait grants a small chance of crippling the defensive rating of enemies for five seconds by using the Sandwhip’s combination attack.
The key to unlocking this armor set is in the main storyline, as players can unlock this attire by completing the mission “The City of the Sun”. The optional statistical bonuses will further its well-rounded appeal, two Healing Essence Stones will increase Recovery by 12 and two Momentum Essence Stones will increase Fortune by 12.
4Red Company
The Red Company armor set is an introduction to protective wear that borderlines an elite level and will support players that begin to encounter the more formidable foes hiding in the sand. Its unique trait supports players that favor the Dunecleaver’s Hammer, ashits with the weaponwill restore some of their Idol’s energy.
The Red Company armor favors defense primarily, however, players can improve their recovery by 16 with two Momentum Essence Stones and their Shatter by 15 with three Tricks Essence Stones. This valuable set can be easily missed, so players should visit the vendor in the Mining Village as soon as they can to gain it.
3Rite of the Mire
Undoubtedly one of the most impressive-looking armor setsinAtlas Fallen, the Rite of the Mire set is also one of the best-performing ensembles. This armor set is the best offensive member of the class and will be even more damaging when foes are crystallized or slowed down.
Players with three Survivability Essence Stones will balance out their defense rating by a further 15 points, while three Momentum Essence Stones will increase the already-high Fortune rating by a further 21 points. Players can earn this impressive set by completing the “Ancient Armor” side quest in the Citadel.
2Queen’s Cover
A symbol of the Thousand-Year Queen, whether players agree with her reign or not, the armor that embodies her presence is one of the best inAtlas Fallen. Boasting the best recovery rating in the game, this set will help players regenerate their health better than any other. As an added bonus, the Queen’s Cover unique trait grants players a small chance of creating an area of healing for players and their allies for five seconds when accumulating hits with their weapon.
Players will need to progress through a significantamount ofAtlas Fallen’s main storyin order to unlock this armor set, but it is easy to obtain once the narrative threshold has been reached. Visiting the vendor in the Knights' Camp of the Citadel will enable players to purchase the equipment.
