OneDiablo 4player has figured out a way to reach the final World Tier difficulty at the lowest possible level. By using this clever strategy, they reached the hardest difficulty inDiablo 4by level 3.

World Tiers inDiablo 4are difficulty realms players can choose as they progress through the game, each one providing greater challenges and rewards than the last. While World Tiers 1 and 2 are unlocked immediately, players must conquer challenging Capstone Dungeons at levels 50 and 70 in order to reach Nightmare and Torment–World Tiers 3 and 4.

However,Diablo 4fan and Redditor DrokgarX was able to cheat the system and reach World Tier 4 by level 3. Using the Skip Campaign option, they spawned right in Kyovashad to enable access to theDiablo 4Capstone Dungeons. They tagged along with a powerful friend as they completed these dungeons, making sure to die in the actual instance to avoid getting any additional experience while still receiving credit for their completion. The only experience they received was from the turn-in quests allowing them to unlock the World Tiers.

Obviously, reaching World Tier 4 by level 3 isn’t exactly safe by any means–a player would immediately die to even the weakest of monsters, and anygearDiablo 4players find would have a level requirementof 70. However, experience gains are increased in each World Tier, so players looking to power level their characters can do so quickly using this method if they group with a friend.

DrokgarX did exactly that. Shortly after achieving this feat, they went on to try and challenge a Torment difficulty World Boss, and then a single run through Champion’s Demise. According to DrokgarX, they hit level 26 after only about eight minutes. This method ofquickly leveling inDiablo 4is extremely effective right now, but players shouldn’t be surprised if Blizzard nerfs it to make it less so in the future.

Now that it has been officially out for over a week, many players havecompleted theDiablo 4campaignand are progressing through the endgame loop of the new ARPG. The launch has been largely a success, with only a handful of glitches marringDiablo 4’sreviews. Reception toDiablo 4has been glowing, but 2023 is a huge year for gaming, so players will have to wait and see if it can win Game of the Year over the likes ofThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom,Starfield, andFinal Fantasy 16.

Diablo 4is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
