It’s been a little over half a year sinceDisney Dreamlight Valleywas released. Since then, several major updates have been added that brought additional Disney characters in the game,continued the main story, and included countless quality of life changes that have improved the experience significantly.
Per the road map released earlier in January, the fourth update was estimated to be released in April.Disney Dreamlight Valleyplayers will not have to wait long, as the update comes out tomorrow. Here is when the Pride of the Valley update will go live along with what content will be added with its release.

What Time Does Pride of the Valley Release?
Allprevious releases and updatesforDisney Dreamlight Valleyhave been available at 9 AM EST (6 AM PST), and Gameloft confirmed today thatPride of the Valley will also be released at 9 AM ESTIf players happen to playDisney Dreamlight Valleyon multiple platforms, they will need to make sure to install the update everywhere they play to avoid having any issues with save files.
What is Added in the Pride of the Valley Update?
One of the big things being added intoDisney Dreamlight Valleywith the fourth update is a new realm. In this realm, players will be able to find both Simba and Nala and complete a series of realm quests to bring them back to Dreamlight Valley.Since Scar is already there, it will be interesting to see if there will be any interaction between the lions during any of the new friendship quests.
Since the previous update included main story content, it is unlikely that there will be any new developments until the fifth update later this year. Gameloft has also dropped some hints about there being other characters that players can befriend as well.
Beyond new characters, a new Star Path is being released as well with the fourth update. The previous Star Path was a celebration of 100 years of Disney, and the upcoming one is all about Disney theme parks.With enough Moonstones, players will be able to turn Dreamlight Valley into a colorful theme park. The festivities don’t end there, as there will also be an Easter event that runs from April 8th to April 29th.
Animal companions are a popular feature inDisney Dreamlight Valley, and players will be happy to know that they will be able to give their favorite companion interactive items. Of course, there will also be many quality of life changes with this new update. The well-fed bonus from meals is getting some significant improvements, including the ability to use magic to quickly dash around Dreamlight Valley. Finally, players will be able togradually restore energysimply by sitting down at a park bench instead of having to return to their home or eat food.
