Luckily, there’s a solution.Use the Spirit Horse Torrent to avoid themand ride to the castle’s main gate and light the Site of Lost Grace. Before reaching Royal Knight Loretta’s boss chamber, players can notice it’s heavily guarded by aGiant TrollandRaya Lucarian Sorcerers and soldiers.
How To Beat Royal Knight Loretta In Elden Ring
Loretta has a variety of attacks that may make her intimidating at first. Luckily, her patterns are easily recognizable and can be dodged. Both melee and long-ranged players should use the same strategy,keeping distance.
The boss mostly usesGlintblade Phalanx, which is a Spell that summons five magical blades. In phase two, she’ll summon eight of these magic blades. The animation of summoning them is a bit long, so players can use it as an opportunity to land a few hits.

The Royal Knight also possesses a very strong bow magic hit. Each of its arrows will cause serious damage. When the bow hit animation starts,wait until she releases the arrow, then roll sideways immediatelyto avoid it.
Other than magic attacks, Loretta wields powerful spear attacks that deal physical damage. Sometimes she’ll slash her weapon horizontally, and at other times the Royal Knight will close the distance between her and the Tarnished to poke them. All her close combat attacks have a decent window to be dodged as long as Tarnished time their rolling and understand her close-range patterns.
