To make things more efficient, start Photo Opportunity first. This quest requires you to take photos of either The Crater or the Foundation. Since you’ll be heading to those locations for the other daily quests, it just speeds things up.
Also, while doing Vital Equipment, if the thief is still alive and not hostile, then you can select an option that will allow the thief to keep the stolen item. While you won’t get the random array of rewards, you will still receive Treasury Notes for completing it. This saves you from having to report back to Ward to finish the quest.
