Even the smallest bit of junk has value inFallout 76. The game’s crafting system ensures that every little trinket you find in the wasteland can be converted into something more valuable, like ammunition, medical supplies, or other essential survival supplies.
Board games are an unlikely source of some key components forcrafting some legendary gear in Fallout 76. These are also needed for some quests and challenges that can help players level up more quickly. Here’s a quick guide showing some popular board game locations.

Fallout 76 Board Game Locations
One of the best places to find board games is the Whitespring Resort, a large POI in the Savage Divide that’s central to the storyline ofthe Responders faction inFallout 76. This is a large point of interest with many explorable areas — for the sake of finding board games, you’ll need to find the toy store in the mall and the rec room inside the Whitespring Refuge.
The toy store is next to the Artisan’s Corner. Enter the Whitespring Resort from the eastern entrance, then head down the steps leading to the Lower Lobby, where all the shops are located. Turn right, then look for the kids' store. Purchase as many board games as you want, then scrap them all at one of the workbenches in the Artisan’s Corner.
If you would rather not part with your Caps, you can pay the rec room a visit. Make your way to the back of Orlando’s office to get there. There should be around five board games in the rec room that you can grab for free. Again, take them to any workbench and scrap them (unless you need intact board games for a quest or any other reason).
Enemies up to level 35 tend to spawn around Whitespring. New players are advised to find afast way to level up inFallout 76or just avoid the area until they’re strong enough. As a general rule, board games are often found in places that make sense. The tables in living rooms, the shelves in bedrooms, and the many malls and storefronts in Appalachia have a chance of containing one or two board games.
Alternate Locations
If you don’t want to visit Whitespring (or can’t due to to the level difference), here are some alternate places you can go to:
