Many considerForza Horizon 5to be one of the best new releases of 2021, and arguably one of the best racing games of all time. Set in Mexico,Forza Horizon 5features a massive open-worldalong with a new weather system, and introduces Horizon Arcade, which adds smaller multiplayer events to the map.Forza Horizon 5won numerous awards at The Game Awards, and apparently it passed 15 million players just a few days ago, making it a massive critical as well as commercial success for Microsoft. It then lists out certain areas that are currently being worked on, and reassures fans that theseForza Horizon 5updates will be rolled out as soon as possible. The post then confirms that many more issues are also being worked on, before thanking fans for their continued feedback and input.Here are the major fixes highlighted by Playground Games:
Judging by the section on Leaderboards, it seems like some players are using cheats inForza Horizon 5instead of earning their place at the top. The industry is no stranger to cheaters, asCall of Duty: Warzoneplayers also reported an increase in use of hacksafter a recent update. Playground Games has mentioned that this remains a high priority for the team, but unfortunately there is no quick fix for the cheating situation inForza Horizon 5.
The post does not convey any time-frame for a majority of these fixes, and simply states that the developer is either actively working on, or investigating the issue. Regardless, it is great to see Playground Games being up-front and clear about these issues.

It’s an impressive list even without considering the unique exclusively nature ofDeathloop, a game developed by a Microsoft owned studio which launched as a PS5 console exclusive. Microsoft has a lot of exciting games currently in development, includingStarfieldfrom Bethesda Game Studios, and fans can expect this trend to continue in 2022.
