10Water Bucket
It might seem ridiculous that a water bucket would be indispensable during intense combat. However, as the only itemthat can extinguish fire, players will find themselves relying on the bucket more than they may have expected.
It is recommended that players always have a bucket stocked in their base to prevent the chaos of fires as structures can’t be repaired until the fire has been put out. The bucket itself is quite a light item though it does become heavier when filled with water which could slow a player down.
9Radio
Navigating the map ofFoxholecan be difficult especially due to the risks of stumbling on an enemy faction’s base or forgetting the direction to return to their own base. That is why players should consider equipping a radio.
This item actively updates the player’s map with their locations as long as the player has remembered to equip it properly. However, this item has beenmade a lot more expensiveto craft. Therefore, it is important when playing with others that squad leaders or those working in logistics have radios to check in on enemy locations and plan out the safest routes.
8Listening Kit
Utility items can also be used to steal from the opposing faction, one such way of doing this is by using the Listening Kit. This item can be set up on a tripod near an enemy building such as a watch tower, radio bunker, or just nearby enemy players to steal their map intel.

This will reveal enemy locations to the player so that they and their team can strategize the best assault on the enemy. However, the entire item and tripod will decay after 48 hours of deployment meaning it isn’t a permanent structure.
7Tripod
Understandably the tripod itself is an incredibly useful utility item available for players to craft and use. Logistic players will want to be consistently creating tripods for their teammates due to the different items such as the listening kit andmounted guns that are seen as the best, all require a tripod to be used.
An issue with tripods is their weight making carrying them to bases that are further away more difficult. Though there are ways around this such as transporting them using the inventory of a motorcycle and driving to bases that are further away.
6Shovel
Returning once again to the simplicity of some utility items, a soldier will always want to have a shovel on them, especially when taking part in combat that occurs in the open. The primary use of a shovel is usually to create the first line of defense by creating trenches or foxholes for other soldiers to hide in.
However, it also becomes incredibly useful to logistic players who have dedicated themselves to building, as the shovel can be used to construct a variety of bunkers.
5Wrench
The Wrench is another utility item that may seem useless at first but can become essential in many situations as well as being useful when on reconnaissance missions. This tool can be used to dismantle landmines, barbed wire, and tank traps which may cause avoidable damage to fellow teammates and tanks.

It can also be used to break the locks off of vehiclesallowing a player to steal from its inventoryor claim it for their faction. It should also be warned that this can be used on friendly vehicles as well though it is commonly frowned upon unless it is an emergency.
4Radio Backpack
Similar to the Radio, the Radio Backpack can be used to gain map intel so that the player knows exactly where they are at all times. However, costing much more than this other item, the backpack also comes with some other benefits.
Firstly, this map intel is transmitted to other fellow faction teammates who can access it so that the information can be shared. Apart from this, it can also be used to transmit codes for Ballistic Rockets, allowing the player to call them in on a target.
3Binoculars
Althoughplayers using firearms with scopesmay be able to zoom in on their enemies to track where they are, other players can use binoculars to better track what dangers lie ahead. However, this item really shines for those using weaponry such as mortars or field artillery.

This is because when using the binoculars, it will tell the player exactly the distance they are looking at which allows for more precise attacks using such weaponry that rely on knowing the distance they are from the opposing forces.
2Gas Mask
Arguably one of the most vital utility items, Gas Masks will protect soldiers in the trenches that are assaulted by the deadly green gas of gas grenades. These have been known to wipe out trenches of forces and therefore being well protected from them can be the difference between life and death.
Players will also need to craft gas filters to put into their gas masks as on their own they are completely useless. It is an expensive item to craft, however, so teammates usually recommend higher priority targets to wear them.
1Hammer
It doesn’t matter what faction you are to start with, every player begins the game with the hammer, and it is by far the most important piece of equipment available. The hammer is used to collect salvage which can help craft a variety of things though a sledgehammer can do this a lot faster.
However, its primary use is constructing and upgrading buildings and vehicles. In this large multiplayer world,setting up small fortifications is essentialto keep other faction members safe. This can only be done using the hammer and some players will even dedicate themselves to having this role for the faction they are playing with.
