Genshin Impacthas officially revealed a new character named Kirara who is expected to join the roster with update 3.7. The game keeps expanding its pool of playable characters with every new update that arrives. The ongoing update cycle allows players to pull for the new four-star Cryo user named Mika who is part of the Ayaka and Shenhe double banner.
Players who want to get Mika or any of the currently available limited characters need to hurry up since their banner is expected to expire on March 11. Even thoughGenshin Impactupdate 3.6 is yet to officially join the live servers, the game’s official social media accounts have already revealed the new roster addition for version 3.7.

Developer HoYoverse has continued their pattern of announcing new characters one complete update cycle before their official arrival. The game’s Twitter account has finally revealed the splash art forthe long-awaited character Kirarawho has been mentioned in numerous leaks over the last couple of weeks. The announcement revealed that she is an employee of the Komaniya Express, which is a popular delivery company in Inazuma. She is also revealed to be a Youkai, a type of mythical creature in Japanese tradition recognizable by the two tails that constantly move behind her. Kirara is known for her strong work ethic and customers all over Inazuma describe her as generous, punctual, and vivacious.
Even though her boss offered her a much higher position at Komaniya Express that would include secretarial work, Kirara rejected the proposal since she perceives every delivery as a new adventure. The only confirmed info about her power on the battlefield is the fact that she’s a newDendro character inGenshin Impact. There is still no official information, but credible leakers who accurately predicted her element have already revealed that she will be the second sword user with a Dendro Vision after Alhaitham.
When it comes to her rarity, Kirara is expected to be a new four-star character which means thatGenshin Impactversion 3.7 could have four re-runs. Some comments claim that they expected her to have a different Vision considering that HoYoverse has been adding a lot of Dendro users lately.
The recently held Special Program event for version 3.6 has already confirmed the arrival of two Dendro characters, Baizu and Kaveh, both of whom are scheduled to appear on the update’s second banner. Version 3.6 will also feature the firstre-run for the Dendro Archon Nahida, also known as Lesser Lord Kusanali.
Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
