AGenshin Impactfan has shared an interesting adult character concept for one of the most popular units in the game named Nahida. She is a quest-exclusive NPC at the moment, who is expected to join the list of playable characters in the future.
As a new Archon, Nahida serves as the protector of the new Sumeru region which means that the main quest line revolves around her. Even though she is around 500 years old, Nahida is still the youngest out of the SevenGenshin ImpactArchons which is probably the main reason HoYoverse decided to give her a smaller model.

Reddit user charactersbook has posted an impressive piece of art showing how thenew Dendro Archon Nahidawould look like if she had an adult model. The concept was well-received in the community with the post reaching almost 3k upvotes. Multiple replies in the comment section claim that they love how the new version of Nahida looks much more serious and confronting than the one in the game. A couple of fans have stated that they would actually prefer this version of Nahida over the original one featured in the game. More images can befound here.
At the time of her official reveal, a big part of the community was not happy about how the new Archon looked, claiming that they’d expected the God of Wisdom to look much older. However, recentGenshin Impactsurveys have revealed that Nahida is still the most popular upcoming character in the community. Even though HoYoverse is yet to confirm her as a playable character, it’s safe to say thatNahida will join the roster in the upcoming months.
When it comes to her role, credible leaks have already confirmed that Nahida will be a new Dendro character with a very strong supportive potential. Leakers claim that her kit is very reminiscent of an improved version of the new version of the Traveler. Just like any other Archon, she will probably become a must-have character in the new Sumeru region, especially considering all the newelemental reactions tied with the new Dendro element.
Even though HoYoverse usually adds a new Archon one update after a new region arrives, the recent live stream event forGenshin Impactversion 3.1did not mention anything about Nahida becoming a playable character. She is expected to arrive with update 3.2 which is scheduled for the start of November.
Genshin Impactis now available on mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development with no confirmed release date.
