A newGenshin Impactleak has revealed more details about the weapon type for one of the upcoming characters named Arlecchino. This character belongs to the Eleven Harbingers who are known as extremely powerful individuals that work for the infamous Fatui Organization which is led by the Cryo Archon Tsaritsa.
Arlecchino has been mentioned in multiple voice lines, and she finally made her first appearance during the “A Winter Night’s Lazzo” trailer that also revealed all the remaining Harbingers. After months of speculation,Genshin Impact’s most recent story teasers confirmed that Arlecchino will be involved in the upcoming Fontaine storyline in which she’s suspected to be the main villain.

Anew poston theGenshin ImpactLeaks subreddit has given more information about theupcoming Fontaine villain known as Arlecchino. According to the leak, she will be a new polearm user which came as a surprise to many fans since she was expected to use the sword as her primary weapon. There is currently not a lot of information about the Arlecchino element, but many fans suspect that she could have the ability to control the Pyro element due to multiple red details that are incorporated into her official design.
So far, Fontaine’s official storyline has confirmed that Arlecchino actually hails from the Hydro nation which is probably one of the main reasons behind her involvement in the upcoming Archon chapter. The story also confirms that she once saved a couple of orphans including Lynette from captivity. This is probably why she can be seen standing alongside the twins at the end of therecently released The Final Feast teaser.
According to multiple credible leakers,Arlecchino will probably join the playable rosterduring the Fontaine Archon quest which would not come as a surprise considering that two Harbingers have already become playable characters, Childe and Wanderer, formerly known as Scaramouche. When it comes to her power on the field, her kit was described as “Puppeteering” which led some fans to believe that she will have the skills to summon elemental lifeforms that fight for her, but these leaks should still be taken with a grain of salt.
Even though Arlecchino will most likely become playable at some point in the future, it’s safe to assume it won’t happen anytime soon. Especially considering that HoYoverse already announcedtwo new playable characters forGenshin Impactupdate 4.1, Neuvillette and Wriothesley.
