As early as the first season and in the earlychapters of the manga, it’s clear that Kaguya’s father isn’t fond of her, which was rather tragic. Hayasaka likely only taps into her plethora of other personalities at Kaguya’s behest, but having a skill like that is too impressive for a high-schooler. In Seasons 2 and 3 (and the manga), Hayasaka even gave fans a glimpse of just how well she can manage her multiple personas depending on the job.
Her impersonation skills and persona shifting practically put Hayasaka on the same level as professional actresses or spies, and who wouldn’t want a partner that exciting or dynamic? It even grew to a point where she could have had Miyuki for herself if she had a bit more time and with Kaguya out of the way.
3She’s Tech-Savvy
One of the more surprising bits about Hayasaka’s talents and personality is her predilection for technology, usually computer-related. Fans will recall that she’s the one who taught Kaguya about social media, giving her another way to communicate with Miyuki.

One could argue that Hayasaka was not as sheltered as Kaguya, but the latter also had more resources to learn about the world and even technology.
