Fortnite’s latest pack isn’t attributing levels as intended for players that have already reached level 1,000. Each time a newFortniteseason starts, players' season level goes all the way back down to zero; this doesn’t happen with account levels since these accumulate as long as they play the game, so players can see how many times they’ve leveled up after creating their accounts. The season level resets because a new Battle Pass becomes available, and its rewards are distributed according to the player’s level.
During the first chapter of the game, players could only increase their season level up to level 100; however, as time went by, Bonus Rewards were introduced and this number had to increase. Currently, it’s possible toget one’sFortniteseason level all the way up to 1,000, but it’s extremely difficult to do so in the amount of time each season lasts.

Since Chapter 4 Season 1 will be ending soon, Epic Games decided to release theAxion Sentinel’s Level Up Pack- a pack that allows players to quickly collect 28 levels. The pack also comes with a few cosmetic items, and it seems that players that bought the pack despite having already maxed out their season level are completing the quests, but not receiving the rewards. It was already expected that they wouldn’t be granted any levels since it’s impossible, but they should get their deserved cosmetic items.
According to the original poster, they got into contact with Epic Games about this issue, and it seems that Epic is currently looking into it. This is the third time this season that reaching a higher level has caused players to miss out on certain rewards. First, it happened with a level 100 cosmetic that was added later on in the season, and then, level 1,000 players also couldn’tget access to Midseason Dropssince it was necessary to gain levels to unlock them.
Hopefully, this problem will be resolved soon, and players will be granted access to all the cosmetic items included in the pack. ThisFortniteseason is ending earlier than expected, which may alarm some players since the quests that they need to complete in order to receive the items will become unavailable once Season 2 starts. Epic Games usually gets on top of things in a flash and attempts to find a solution as quickly as they can to keep their fans satisfied.
