Right-hand men are known to be some of the most influential people in the world ofOne Piece. Belonging to various other organizations such as pirate crews and even the Revolutionary Army, right-hand men are usually the strongest people in the story with power that ranks directly next to the leader.

They also have the highest authority in their own organizations as well, making them crucial for the groups in order to function. Every right-hand man introduced inOne Pieceso far is incredible in their own way, however, some are a cut above the rest.
10Jack The Drought
The Beasts Pirates are quite a powerful group and unlike regular crews, they function very differently. Instead of one right-hand man, Kaido has three, all of which are collectively known as the All-Stars of the crew. Jack is one of the three All-Stars of the Beasts Pirates and he possesses incredible strength and authority. Asa user of the Zou Zou no Mi, Model: Mammoth, Jack brings forth a drought when he passes through any place. Among the three All-Stars, he is certainly the weakest, yet extremely impressive at the same time.
9Charlotte Smoothie
Just like the Beasts Pirates, the Big Mom Pirates also has three people under the captain with equal authority, known as the Three Sweet Commanders. Smoothie is one of them and she has a bounty of 932 million berries on her head. As expected of her, she’s an excellent fighter, strong enough to hold her own against the other Yonko Commanders in the story. Smoothie hasn’t been all that involved in the story but fans are adamant that she will get her time to shine at some point moving forward.
8Queen The Plague
Queen is a member of the All-Stars of the Beasts Pirates, just like Jack the Drought. With a bounty of 1.320 billion berries, Queen ranks among the fiercest people in theOne Pieceworld. His strength was enough to hurt Big Mom to a little extent in Udon Prison and he can confidently fight the likes of Sanji. Queen has the power of the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Brachiosaurus which has made him an incredibly massive Brachiosaurus. His strength is certainly among the greatest right-hand men in the story.
7King The Wildfire
King the Wildfire is the strongest of the three right-hand men of Yonko Kaido and he has a bounty of 1.390 billion berries.He belongs to the Lunarian race and has the power to combust into flameswhich is a power special to his race.

Like Queen, King has the power of the Ancient Zoan Ryu Ryu no Mi, with the only difference being the Pteranodon model in his case. King is also a skilled swordsman who is great enough to overwhelm Roronoa Zoro in combat, making him exceptionally powerful.
6Charlotte Katakuri
The strongest of the Three Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates, Katakuri is an exceptionally powerful fighter who has a bounty of 1.057 billion berries. He is said to be the spine of the Big Mom Pirates, meaning his presence is highly valued in the crew. Katakuri possessesthe power of the Special Paramecia Mochi Mochi no Mi, which allows him to create, manipulate and turn into Mochi at will. He is also a user of all the three Haki types but his specialty is Observation Haki, which allows him to see the future itself.
5Zoro
The Straw Hat Pirates function very differently from the rest of the crews in the story and that is evident from the authority of Zoro and Sanji in the crew. Unlike the Beasts Pirates and the Big Mom Pirates, Luffy doesn’t have three right-hand men; instead, he has 2 wings, both of which hold equal importance to him. The Wings of the Pirate King are extremely powerful and they both have incredible importance to the crew. However, Roronoa Zoro is widely considered to be the number 2 of the crew in the world, which gives him this spot ahead of Sanji despite carrying the same importance.
4Sabo
Sabo is the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army and has been called Dragon’s Number 2 on several occasions, making him the right-hand man. Sabo is extremely strong, as seen during the Dressrosa arc.

He was powerful enough to fight Fujitora in the Dressrosa arc, although it must be noted that the latter was holding back and wanted the be stalled. Sabo is a capable user of two Haki types and he can also tap into the power of the Mera Mera no Mi, which once belonged to his brother, Portgas D. Ace.
3Ben Beckman
The vice-captain of the Red-Hair Pirates, Ben Beckmanis a very capable figure in theOne Pieceworld. He, along with Yasopp and Lucky Roux, boasts a high bounty, making him a fearsome pirate. Beb Beckman is one of the very few pirates in the story confirmed to be a vice-captain. Although his strength remains unknown for now, he is likely stronger than an average Yonko Commander. Sadly, a display of his strength hasn’t been given to the fans yet but in the future, he could easily climb higher on the list.
2Marco
Marco is the former right-hand man of the legendary pirate, Whitebeard. After Whitebeard’s death, Marco captained the Whitebeard Pirates and led them in the Grudge War against the Blackbeard Pirates. Marco is extremely powerful, known to be the only Yonko Commander powerful enough to stop Blackbeard by the Gorosei. On Onigashima, he clashed against Big Mom, kept the temperature of the people on the Live Floor up, and took on both Queen and King at once, which just goes to show how skilled he truly is.
1Silvers Rayleigh
Known as “The Right-Hand of the Pirate King,” Silvers Rayleigh is one of the strongest men inOne Piece. According to Garp, Rayleigh is a legend whose name is worthy of being taken in the same breath as Whitebeard. Rayleigh doesn’t possess any Devil Fruit ability but his control over all the Haki types is immense. He managed to stop Kizaru on Sabaody Archipelago without much trouble despite not having fought for decades. What’s more, Rayleigh also trained Luffy in the ways of Haki which only added to his importance.
