The Two Admirals
Once the Revolutionary Army commanders began their attack, the Marines sent Ryokugyu and Fujitora to deal with their threat. The Admirals were the most obvious choice, as when it comes to strength, there are only a handful of characters who can stand up to them. Ryokugyu and Fujitora joined the Marines during the time skip. While Fujitora was involved in the Dressrosa arc, Ryokugyu didn’t make his debut until the Wano Country arc. Fujitora possesses the Zushi Zushi no Mi,which is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit.It allows him to control gravity, making it an overpowered ability. With the help of his Devil Fruit, Fujitora can easily bring down meteors. Given their humongous size, these meteors can cause widespread destruction in a very short time. Morley possesses the Oshi Oshi no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows her to mold the ground however she wants. She was seen clashing with Ryokugyu, who had turned into a ginormous wooden golem.

If Fujitora actually brought down a meteor, it would harm the Revolutionaries, and endanger the lives of many Celestial Dragons. So they were caught in a bit of a pinch. Morley was able to hold off Ryokugyu without any major problems, while Karasu was engaged in combat with Fujitora. Lindbergh didn’t do much, but he was still trying to help wherever he could.
The three commanders held off the two Admirals for a considerable amount of time. Due to their efforts, Sabowas able to search Marijoafor the key to Kuma’s collar. This is a big feat for the members of the Revolutionary Army, as the Admirals hold the status of being the greatest weapon of the Marines. If they could hold them off without Sabo, it is obvious that they would have an easier time if the chief of staff had accompanied them.
