Summary
APokemonfan online has shown off their incredible talent, by creating several different Eeveelution pull-apart rugs. ThePokemoncommunity continues to showcase its creativity, with these particular creations requiring a unique talent to pull off correctly.
In a couple of years, thePokemonfranchise will celebrate its 30th birthday. The franchise’s debut in 1996 spawned one of the most dedicated fan bases in the world, which has endured almost three decades at this point. ThePokemonfandom is enormous, with no signs of going anywhere any time soon. Over the years, there has been an abundance of incrediblePokemonfan creations, so at this point, it takes something really special to stand out from the crowd. Just recently, aPokemonfan designed their own Sylveon Nike Dunks, showing how the franchise often sneaks its way into fans' real lives, too.

Redditor GremlynRugs shared their awesome pull-apart rugs with thePokemoncommunity online, and there’s no denying it - they’re awesome. There are three rugs in total, which initially seem to depict different colored Poke Balls. However, they each pull apart, revealing a different Eeveelution inside. The three shown here are Umbreon, Flareon, and Vaporeon, and according to GremlynRugs, each one takes between 20 and 30 hours to create. This project seems to have been going on for some time, with Umbreon and Flareon on the newer side, as GremlynRugs actually shared theirPokemonVaporeon ruglate last year.
Pokemon Eeveelution Pull-Apart Rugs
Eeveelutions are extremely popular in thePokemoncommunity. These unique designs are the various possible evolutions of Eevee, which is already one of the most popular Pokemon. As a result, Eeveelutions are often depicted in different ways in fan art. OnePokemonfan even designed Eeveelutions for the missing types, such as Dragon, Ghost, and Fighting. It’ll be interesting to see if Game Freak decides to fill in these Type gaps in future Generations. Due to the popularity of Eeveelutions, it would no doubt be met with a positive response from the community.
There’s a ton to be excited about in the future of thePokemonfranchise.Pokemon Legends: Z-Ashould prove to be an interesting addition to Generation 9, but some fans are looking even further forward than that. While this should be taken with a pinch of salt, a leak back in Maygave an insight intoPokemon’s Generation 10 release plans, with the next set of games allegedly planned for a 2026 release. Whether this pans out remains to be seen, but it’s definitely plausible, and something to get hyped about when looking to the future ofPokemon.
