Special Move
The exclusive Community Day move for February 2020 has been confirmed as Rock Wrecker. The specific stats for the move aren’t known yet, but it was a signature move for Rhyperior and will likely be a strong attack in thePokemon GOPvE metagame.
Make sure to evolve during the active time window (within an hour of the event ending) if you want to secure it.
3-hour Lure Modules
Limited Time Field Research
Recent updates to the game’s code suggest that this Community Day, like last month’s, will temporarily offer special Field Research tasks that put an emphasis on the featured Pokemon. Be sure to claim your rewards and clear out a space for these quests if you want to see them.
Shiny Variant
Niantic usually doesn’t confirm the shiny chance until after the event has started, but keep an eye out for shiny Rhyhorn while hunting. They’ve been a part of every other Community Day event, so we fully expect to see them on Saturday the 3rd.
