Similarly, aPokemonfan on Reddit by the handle EuphoricAd8344 has published their design on Quaxly’s final evolution. Quaxly is a Water-type Pokemon described as an “earnest and tidy duckling.” It is one of the three starter Pokemon alongsideSprigatito and Fuecoco. EuphoricAd8344’s design seems to follow the Flying-type evolution line for Quaxly, inspired by the recent leaks. This evolved version has a pointy beak and an aerodynamic body, suggesting that Quaxly could develop into a Flighting/Flying-type Pokemon. The original poster has also published sketches of Quaxly’s final evolution.
As soon as this fan art was posted by EuphoricAd8344, comments started pouring in fromPokemonseries fans. The comment section is filled up with mixed reactions as some fans loved Quaxly’s evolved version, while others were not happy with the original poster’s imagination. Most fans are confused if this evolved version’s eyes are red or if he is wearing red eyeglasses, while a Reddit user named vagrantwade suggested that there are no glasses; instead, the eyebrow feathers of the monster are red.
Official trailers forPokemon Scarlet and Violethave confirmed a total of eight Pokemon so far, including the region’s starters, and a few features such as the games' four-player co-op, non-linear design, and general themes. It stands to reason that more will be shown off before they are released in November, but it has felt like a drought lately. It’s easily understandable that many fans have turned toPokemon Scarlet and Violetleaksand rumors. Still, fans should be careful with the information on the internet until official sources confirm them.
