AGenshin Impactchart shows that the current double banner surpassed Nahida and Yoimiya in terms of overall revenue. The ongoing Limited Character Banner features two five-star characters, Raiden Shogun and Kamisato Ayato, both of whom are considered S-tier in their respective roles.
Even though the previous banner introduced one of the most anticipatedGenshin Impactcharacters, the long-awaited Harbinger named Wanderer, it seems as though many players saved up some Primogems for Raiden Shogun’s re-run. Players who want to get Ayato or Raiden have to pull for them as soon as possible since their banner is set to expire on January 17.

Reddit user SonOfKenjeAE has posted an interesting chart on the officialGenshin Impactsubreddit showing that the current Raiden Shogun and Kamisato Ayato double banner surpassed Nahida and Yoimiya in terms of revenue. It should be noted that these numbers only represent data from iOS devices on the Chinese server. This is more proof thatRaiden Shogun is by far the most popular character onGenshin Impact’s playable roster. Three of the five most successful banners have featured the Electro Archon who watches over the islands of Inazuma.
One of Raiden Shogun’s greatest assets is the fact that she can fit almost every role in most types ofGenshin Impact’s team compositions.Recent Spiral Abyss datashows that the Raiden National party is the most effective team comp for the 12th floor of the hardest domain in the game. She is also a very free-to-play friendly character as players don’t need to invest in her constellations to make her viable for the main DPS role.
However, those who want toincrease Raiden Shogun’s constellationsshould at least try to get her to the C2 level, which grants a significant damage boost. Raiden Shogun can also be used as a support since her Elemental Skill, Baleful Omen, stays active even when she leaves the field. Even though the Electro Archon probably carried the banner’s revenue, the second character Kamisato Ayato also attracted some sales.
The head of the Kamisato Clan is primarily aDPS character inGenshin Impact, but he can also fill the sub-DPS position. Players who want to get this Hydro user should also try to acquire his signature weapon, Haran Geppaku Futsu, which is available on the current weapon banner. This banner cycle also features a decent four-star lineup that includes Sara, Rosaria, and Sayu.
