When building Shenhe inGenshin Impact, go for theNoblesse Obligeset as it further improves her ability to buff her team. Although Shenhe’s buff scales with her ATK, you would get better value off her buff if she uses the Noblesse Oblige set. You can still use two-piece sets, likeShimenawa’s ReminiscenceandGladiator’s Finale, to increase her ATK%, but it’s not as ideal as Noblesse Oblige.
