SomeOverwatch 2players believe Sigma would have been a better choice for Inarius' skin than Pharah.Overwatch 2started a new season this month, and to celebrate the occasion, the hero shooter launched another big collaboration.

Overwatch 2launched the Halloween Terror 2023 event this month, adding a PvE mode based onDiablo 4called Trials of Sanctuary. In this 4v4 mode, players can choose from six Sanctuary-themed heroes and fight against the dark legions. Along with the PvE mode,Overwatch 2addedDiablo 4skins, turning Moira into Lilith, Pharah into Inarius, Reinhardt into Imperius, and Wrecking Ball into Azmodan. But while theDiablo 4skins have received praise for the quality of their design, someOverwatch 2players believe would have been a better choice for Inarius' look.

Reddit user blissfuldick shared their opinion that Sigma would be a better hero for Inarius' skin instead of Pharah. In the post, the player says that they’re “not really complaining about the skin,” but that it “would have been much cooler” for them to see Sigma as Inarius. The player thinks this combination would have been more interesting because Sigma and Inarius share a similar stature and mystery. Sigma is an astrophysicist fromOverwatch 2who, after an experiment went wrong, gained the power to control gravity.Inarius is a prominent character from theDiablofranchisewhose involvement with Lilith leads to the creation of Sanctuary and the Nephalem race.

In the comments on the post,Overwatch 2players approved of the player’s idea, and regretted that Sigma wasn’t given Inarius' skin. One player suggested that “it would be epic” to see Sigma as Inarius, spreading his wings when the champion uses his ultimate. AnotherOverwatch 2player said that he would play Sigma again if the hero had gotten the look of the father of the Nephalem. A third comment also regretted that Ramattra or Soldier: 76 didn’t receive skins as part of thecollaboration betweenOverwatch 2andDiablo 4.

While theDiablo 4skins draw attention for their appearance, this isn’t the only reason the visuals stand out from the otherOverwatch 2skins. The only way to get theDiablo 4skins is to buy the themed bundle that costs $39.99,something that madeOverwatch 2players furious. Despite the criticism from players, Blizzard hasn’t revealed whether the skins will be available individually, adding this to the list of unpopular decisions made by the company concerningOverwatch 2.

Overwatch 2is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
