Summary
Located in The Well on New Atlantis,Starfieldplayers will be able to find Talia O’Shea and her humble medical clinic. Medicine is vital inStarfield, as players might be hit with an addiction, ailment, or waning health. Talia O’Shea has her patients covered, whether they can afford it or not. She’s a great doctor and one who works in The Well to try and ensure the safety and health of the less fortunate.

Considering Talia O’Shea doesn’t exactly work for the wealthy, it’s no surprise that her supplies are limited in the medical degree. However, she still sells a great use of items that could be useful to players who have not yet met her or just want to stock up on some essential items to continue their galaxy-hopping adventures.
6Med Pack
Something for everyone, the Med Pack should be purchased every time it is seen in aStarfieldvendor’s inventory. The Med Pack is the standard emergency medical kit of the Settled Systems, as described by the in-game description itself. It restores 4% of Health for 10 seconds, ensuring that players can heal up in no time at all.
Med Packs are relatively cheap, and they will act as the default way to get health inStarfield. Healing should be a priority for everyone in combat. It may not be an entire block of cheese to consume, but the Med Pack gets the job done in the utmost sci-fi way possible, providing players with enough health tomake clear and important choices.

5Trauma Pack
Like the Med Pack, the Trauma Pack can heal players, but at a much faster and stronger rate. The Trauma Pack is experimental in medical science, and only a tad bit more expensive than the Med Pack. Utilizing general anesthetic and anti-fatigue medicines, the Trauma Pack is capable of restoring 7% of health for 5 seconds, which is faster and better than the Med Pack, ensuring survivalfrom a tough shotgunblast.

Players should also pick up as many Trama Packs as they can carry, as they are reasonably light, with just a 0.10 mass to each one. Trauma Packs are great for a quick burst of health on the go, ensuring players can continue the fight even when injured, for they will just heal it back withoutthe requirement of mods.
4Junk Flush
Addiction can be caused by many different sources inStarfield. Whether the player likes a certain Aid drug too much, or enjoys some fancy space wine. Luckily for them, they can cure all addictions with Junk Flush, an Aid item that will purge the body of any and all addictions. Players won’t need a bounty of these unless they intend to go on a heavy bender every night. However, this won’t be an issue for those thatuse console commands.
Junk Flush is a good item to have just in case players run into someone in need of a cure, or they themselves need to get something bad out of their system. If only there was something like this for the Skooma addicts out there in Tamriel. It’s a sad sight to see addiction so prevalent in 2300.

3Antibiotics
Players can be hit by all manners of ailments that require some form of treatment or another. Luckily, infections can be treated with the Antibiotics Aid item, purchased from Talia O’Shea. This medicine helps with afflictions and should be kept handy and at the ready in case players make a wrong turn on an unknown and dangerous planet that will see them spendmore than a few bullets from their pistol.

All afflictions inStarfieldcan affect the player differently, so it’s best to keep a handful of these useful healing and curing items around just in case the worst happens. Who knows when the next disaster will strike? Especially in a vast galaxy with danger coming from both enemies and terrain.
2Bandages
Another treatment for afflictions is Bandages, which can be used to wrap cuts and wounds. With Bandages at hand, players do not have to worry about Contusions, Lacerations, and Puncture Wounds, as Bandages will patch up the player in no time, and for a very affordable price of 40 Credits per item. Yet, if Credits are scarce, there areplenty of ways to get more.
Players should definitely keep a few Bandages on hand, just in case they get hit and swiped by a rogue creature on a hostile planet. It’s impossible to say when players will get hit by an affliction, but it’s best not to take the lucky chance of being immune from said damage. So, pick up some Bandages and always prepare for the worst that the hostile galaxy has to offer.

1Heal Paste
A handy affliction handler, Heal Paste can help treat Burns and Frostbite, which is a common sight on planets that are far too cold or far too hot for the player to endure for long periods of time. Heal Paste is great for treating those wounds that can’t be caused by bullets or stab wounds, so players should keep this medicated cream in their inventory.
Heal Paste is affordable, with 80 Credits per item. Players won’t need too many, but if they decide that they want to explore areas with vast amounts of heat or vast amounts of cold, then they are going to want to bring some Heal Paste to make sure that their wounds aren’t the thing that finally kills them.

Starfieldis now available for PC and Xbox Series X/S.
