Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Lifefeatures many fun, unique characters to interact with in Forgotten Valley. In Year One, players can spend time meeting a potential spouse when they’re not working on the farm. In fact, getting married and having a child is required to start Year Two.
A sweet, charming, romanceable resident is Molly, a city girl who has moved to Forgotten Valley for a more relaxed lifestyle. Players will find her spending most of her time at the Bluebird Cafe as a barista. Molly is friendly from the very beginning, so it won’t take long for players to fall in love with her kindness. How to Increase Molly’s Affection
Molly is easy to get along with, so players only need a little effort to increase her Affection level. The best way is to talk to her daily andgive her gifts. If players keep up with her schedule, they can interact with her whenever needed. Keep tack of her Affection by reading her diary in her room or checking the Relationship tab in the Bag Menu.
Molly mainly stays in the same areas every day. She wakes up at 10:00 AM inside her room at the Bluebird Cafe until her shift starts at 11:00 AM. Players can still talk to her when she is behind the counter. Molly takes a break at the Inn from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, but finds her way back to the cafe afterward. She works until 12:30 AM and then goes to her room to sleep.
Molly’s Favorite Gifts
All the residents prefer different gifts, although there is some overlap. Molly is easy to please when it comes to gifts and likes many things. Molly’s favorite gifts include:
The Dig Site is open every day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except when Van visits on the 3rd and 8th of each month. Players will unearth various items, but Molly will only take the coins. Regardinghome-cooked meals, she likesevery dish as long as it doesn’t have fish in it.Flowers are the easiest to find, as they grow naturally in every season.
Festivals
Festivals are another way players can raise Molly’s Affection level. They can invite her as a date to two ofthe four yearly festivals. The Summer Fireworks Festival starts at 6:00 PM on Summer 2. Players can visit the beach after six, or go inside their farmhouse, and the Twins will fetch them. If players invite Molly to be their date, they’ll get to talk to her and earn a heart.

For the Winter Starlight Concert, players can again invite Molly to the event. It starts at 6:00 PM, and at the end of the show they can make a wish using a shooting star. There are multiple wish options, but they can choose to get closer to Molly.
Molly Heart Events
Heart events allow players to get a special cutscene witha romanceable character. Each one becomes available the player gains more hearts with her, but they only happen if players go to the right place at the right time. Players can propose to her after seeing all of Molly’s heart events.
Leave the farm after 11:00 AM
Enter the Farm after 6:00 PM
Enter the Bluebird Cafe after 6:00 PM.
How to Marry Molly
Players can propose to Molly after seeing all her heart events, or wait until the end of the year whenTakakura asks them about marriage. If planning to propose before Winter 10, the player must have a Blue Feather to give to her. Molly will accept it if her heart level is eight or higher, and players get an extra cut scene.
Otherwise, players can propose at the end of the year through Takakura. The Wedding takes place the same way regardless of the engagement. Players will get to choose the gender of their child, or have it be random.
