Palworld’s Palapagos Islands are home to over 100 catchable monsters, each offering unique abilities and proficiencies to enhance a player’s team. Sibelyx, an Ice-type Pal, may not excel in its Work Proficiency, but it’s a valuable addition to any Base. Where to Find Sibelyx in Palworld
Alpha Sibelyx Location
Players can encounterSibelyxin two separate locations withinPalworld. Players will find the particularly challenging Alpha Boss Sibelyx within theSealed Realm of the Pristinedungeon, atop the snow-covered Frostbound Mountains directly North of the Verdant Brook region. The Free Pal Alliance Tower Entrance statue is thenearest Fast Travel pointfor reaching the peak.
Within the dungeon, players will come across a Level 40 Alpha Boss Sibelyx, presenting an opportunity for a challenge and the potential to capture it. Similar to other Alpha Boss Pals, the Sibelyx located in the Sealed Realm of the Pristine has a respawn time of one hour. This contrasts with non-Boss Alphas, which have a shorter respawn period of 15 minutes.
Wild Sibelyx Location
In addition to its Alpha version, players can also find significantly lower-leveled Sibelyx by exploring theAstral Mountainsregion in the Northwestern corner of the map. Here, players will regularly encounter Level 37 and higher Sibelyx, which can be defeated and captured. These Pals are non-aggressive, leaving them vulnerable to the player’s first move. The region is incredibly cold, so players must ensure theyhave appropriate cold weather protectionwhen navigating the Astral Mountains.
How To Catch Sibelyx in Palworld
The Alpha Boss Sibelyx’s abilities are harder to dodge compared to other Alphas. Its attacks can hit players even when they try to hide behind pillars, making this common strategy ineffective. Additionally, getting hit by one of these attacks can inflict a freezing effect, making players more vulnerable to its subsequent attacks. Players will want to actively dodge these skills while accompanied by astrong Fire-type Palsuch as Pyrin or Ragnahawk to take advantage of Sibelyx’s type weakness. Due to its high level, players should prioritize using higher quality Pal Spheres, such as Giga Spheres and Hyper Spheres, when attempting to catch this Pal.
Sibelyx Work Suitability & Skills In Palworld
While its overall Work Suitabilities aren’t particularly impressive, the stylish, moth-like Sibelyx is an Ice-type Pal that truly shines due to its Partner SkillSilk Maker, which allows her toregularly produce High Quality Cloth, a valuable crafting material used in crafting armor and weapons, including Lily’s Spear. While players can defeat this Pal in the wild to obtain this item, Sibelyx is best put to work at a Ranch in the player’s Base to ensure regular production of this helpful material.
Sibelyx’s Partner Skill can also be activated in combat to castan exceptionally powerful Blizzard Spike, and its passive damage bonus also applies to its standard Blizzard Spike ability, providing an incredible burst of Ice damage when comboed.
