Although its world is far more desolate than other games in the series,The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wildhas some of the most strikingZeldalocations to date, including Zora’s Domain, Korok Forest, and Gerudo Town. However, one of the most memorable areas in the game is easily the Temple of Time, which Link ventures to during the game’s opening hours in theGreat Plateau.
Evidently, one player really took a shine to the weathered old temple, with a Japanese YouTube channel by the name of Gaa showing off a 1/150 replica they made of the iconicBreath of the Wildlocation. Not only that, but they even go through the exact steps they took to make it, with the process looking like it took a significant amount of time and work to bring together.

Gaa’s video begins with the player looking up at the now-iconic location in-game, highlighting how it looks from all four sides of the building. They also measureLinkup against the building, evidently in an effort to get an idea of the scale of it for their much smaller replica. They then show the extensive plans they made to recreate the building, including precise measurements, intricate diagrams, and math to formulate how large all its parts will be on a smaller scale. Eventually, the content creator sets to work, showing viewers all the pieces of the temple and how they each individually fit together, with the replica slowly but surely starting to take form as they do.
They even go as far as to show exactly how they painted the in-game colors of the temple onto the model, revealing how they used powder to get the various vines, shrubs, and grass to look immaculately lifelike. Eventually, Gaa presents their model, with the tiny replica of theBreath of the Wildlocation looking absolutely spectacular. Not only does its exterior still feature the intricate battle damage seen in the game and the remnants of the deactivatedGuardiansthat lean up against the wall, but it also has a fully modeled interior.
All in all, it looks like a collector’s item that fans would pay a lot of money to get their hands on, which is even more amazing when considering it was made with unofficial measurements and little to consult aside from an in-game building. Hopefully, Gaa gets to share their amazing talents again in the future, perhaps with anotherlifelike replica.
