A new trailer for HoYoverse’s upcoming action RPGZenless Zone Zerois teasing new character Anby, a member of the game’s “Cunning Hares” group. The newest RPG from theGenshin Impactdeveloper has seen plenty of excitement from fans of the studio throughout recent months with multiple new trailers. HoYoverse has already shown off playable character Billy in several videos and recently announced the launch of the second closed beta test for theGenshin Impactstudio’s new game. Now, HoYoverse is showing off another member of the upcoming RPG’s main cast.
Past trailers have already teased multiple members of the playable cast ofZenless Zone Zero, giving a look into their unique personalities. Anby’s teammates within the “Cunning Hares” have both been previously teased, introducing players to the cyborg cowboy Billy Kid and the group’s crafty leader, Nicole. Other characters like the wolf butler Lycaon and OBOLS Squad member Soldier 11 have also been shown off in early promotional material for the game. Now,HoYoverseis giving fans their first look at the mysterious Anby.
A new trailer fromZenless Zone Zero, titled “Here’s What You Missed,” shows off the stoic Anby while also giving a look into the personality of her teammates. Anby is shown to be a quiet and reserved character, with Nicole doing much of the talking for the Cunning Hares. However, Anby is said to be extremely proficient in combat,able to enterZenless Zone Zero’s mysterious and dangerous “Hollow” regions without any trouble dealing with the enemies waiting within. The trailer shows off Anby’s calm and collected demeanor through its story, stealing an important strongbox from the “Red Fang” gang.
While the teaser trailer does not showcase any of Anby’s gameplay, it does give some major hints about how she willplay withinZenless Zone Zero. Anby is shown wielding a sword near the conclusion of the trailer, suggesting she will act as a close-range character focused on dealing damage. Trailers and official information have also teased Anby’s connection with Nicole, sharing a last name with Nicole said to have originally brought Anby into the Cunning Hares.
